Rapulungoane was the president of Free State's Sasfa unit.
Sasfa yesterday confirmed the death of Rapulungoane, adding they were saddened by his passing away.
"It is with deep regret that we convey the sad news of the passing away of a friend, colleague and leader Mr Rapulungoane," said Sasfa secretariat Ishmael Maseli.
"We will be in contact with the family in relation to the funeral and related arrangements." - Sowetan
