The two vehicles, a Mazda 626 and a Citi Golf, collided head-on on the Burgesfort/Zebediela road in Lebowakgomo at about 4am on Sunday.
Limpopo police spokesperson Captain Mamphaswa Seabi said the deceased included the drivers of both vehicles and two passengers. - Michael Sakuneka
