Former Limpopo premier Sello Moloto has only 30 days to pack his bags and leave the state house which has been his home for the past five years.

Moloto is also expected to return back the state vehicle and sign out the bodyguards assigned to him while he was still premier.

His wife Ramokone, who was the patron of the First Lady's Trust Account, is also expected to make way for the new first lady to take over the trust account.

Moloto has been living in the state house in Dalmada "super-sites" area outside Polokwane since he became premier in 2004.

Spokesperson for the Limpopo legislature Kenny Mathivha said yesterday Moloto was expected to be out of the house by April 4, which would be exactly 30 days after his resignation as premier of the province.

He said the house would be handed over to the person to be inaugurated as premier of Limpopo.

He said the state vehicle is also expected to be returned to the Limpopo government by April 4.
