Petrol to rise, diesel to fall

Petrol pump prices will rise for the second month in a row by about 6,8percent on Wednesday partly due to a weaker rand, but diesel prices will fall, the Minerals and Energy Department said on Friday. The pump price for 95 grade petrol will rise to R7,07 inland, while wholesale diesel prices will fall by 5,85percent and the wholesale cost of paraffin will fall by about 5,4percent. - Reuters
