A 17-year-old boy was arrested in Moroka yesterday over armed robbery, Soweto police said.

A 17-year-old boy was arrested in Moroka yesterday over armed robbery, Soweto police said.

The teenager was among four armed boys who took an undisclosed amount of money from a man in Mofolo South last Friday.

"He was arrested at about 1pm after his gang member, who was arrested minutes after the robbery, told us where to find him," said Inspector Kay Makhubela. Police are still looking for the other two boys.

In another incident, two men were arrested yesterday after they were found stealing from a house in Lenasia South.

The men were arrested around midday after they were found by the owner inside his house, Makhubela said. - Sapa
