I really think that disabled people who get grants from the government and who continue to beg in the streets, in the trains and even in government offices, are out of order.
I wish the government would stop giving these people free money because they are able to beg. If these people think they are being given too little money, they should tell the government to stop giving them other people's hard-earned taxes and go out and work.
It is annoying to see people begging because they are getting what we pay in taxes.
I saw someone on a train from Pretoria crawling and begging. I could not help thinking, who helped him to board the train?
