The South African Presidents XI will get an opportunity to hone their cricket skills further when they play Australia in the three-day warm-up match at Senwes Park in Potchefstroom, starting today.

The world champions will be preparing for the first Test of the return series against the Proteas at the Wanderers Stadium from February 26.

Titans fast bowler Ethy Mbhalati, who is part of the President's XI team, said this is a once in a lifetime opportunity for the players to improve their knowledge of the game, especially from the experienced Australians.

"At the same time, we will go out there and enjoy ourselves because we have nothing to lose," said Mbhalati, who was voted the Titans' most improved player last year.

SA Squad
