Train commuters must fight Metrorail for treating them with utter contempt.

Train commuters must fight Metrorail for treating them with utter contempt.

Their poor service makes commuters lose jobs or get warnings for arriving late. This makes life difficult for families.

The company gets commuters late to work and back home and says "we apologise for the inconvenience caused". This is not good enough when trains are delayed for an hour or two.

The Transport Department must monitor Metrorail. They ask people to use public transport to ease road congestion, but do not monitor the plight of commuters.
