I believe the land is wet enough to be cultivated. Farmers must be ecstatic given the countrywide rainfalls.

This is a plus factor in terms of production and will contribute immensely to the alleviation of food shortages.

We anticipate both small and large-scale farmers to perform optimally in helping the country to produce more than enough food. Farmers who lack adequate boreholes now stand at an advantage.

Let's show the entire continent that we can outperform the rest of them as far as farming is concerned.
