He is a man of integrity, but he was not successful fighting graft.

According to the Public Service Commission, only 51 out of 616 fraud cases referred by the National Anti-Corruption Hotline were finalised between September 2004 and March 2008. More than half (55percent) received no response. In 2007-2008, feedback was received for 50 of the 222 cases referred. Only 10 were closed. An astounding 73percent of cases were ignored.
