The new Future Gauteng Under-17 Soccer Tournament is gaining momentum with Moroka Swallows, Kaizer Chiefs, Africa Youth Sports Academy and Arcadia Sheperds battling it out at Westonaria Sports Ground on Sunday.

The new Future Gauteng Under-17 Soccer Tournament is gaining momentum with Moroka Swallows, Kaizer Chiefs, Africa Youth Sports Academy and Arcadia Sheperds battling it out at Westonaria Sports Ground on Sunday.

Phil Mogodi, Safa Soweto chief executive , said the draw will take place at the Safa Soweto offices in Pimville tomorrow.

"The two clubs reaching the final will qualify for the international tournament, they will join the two regional teams from Johannesburg and Gauteng.

The tournament is one of the 2010 World Cup legacy projects and is aimed at helping South Africa prepare for the 2014 World Cup in Brazil. - Ramatsiyi Moholoa
