Education MEC Angie Motshekga should be ashamed of herself for putting the ANC before the people. We the taxpayers pay her salary, irrespective of our political affiliation.

Education MEC Angie Motshekga should be ashamed of herself for putting the ANC before the people. We the taxpayers pay her salary, irrespective of our political affiliation.

She has a duty to do the job she was appointed to do, and not servility to the ANC. This attitude is what makes people turn to Cope. It's about putting the country first for us, the taxpayers. The ANC can only deploy members to Parliament based on party lists.

Motshekga should remember that if citizens do not pay their taxes, the ANC would not be able to pay her a salary and the perks of a civil servant. That is what she is after all, a civil servant who is supposed to serve the people.
