A legal wrangle over which court has jurisdiction to hear the culpable homicide case against a man who collided with the car of late Isidingo actress, Ashley Callie, has caused another delay.
Nicolaas Pretorius appeared briefly in the Randburg magistrate's court yesterday on charges of culpable homicide and reckless and negligent driving.
The case was transferred to the Johannesburg regional court after it emerged that Randburg did not have the jurisdiction to hear the matter.
Pretorius' Renault collided with Callie's car in Johannesburg on February 8. Callie died a week later from head injuries.
The case was postponed to February 13.
