Buffelspruit All Blacks have vowed to see their name engraved on the Nkomazi Mayoral Cup by beating Saints in the final at Kamhlushwa Stadium in Nkomazi, Mpumalanga, tomorrow at 3pm.

All Blacks coach Victor Khoza said winning the final will be a nice Christmas gift for their supporters.

"We have twice been in the final of the Selati Super Cup, losing on both occasions. Now is the time to correct all those errors by winning this cup," said Khoza.

In 2006 All Blacks went down 1-0 to Simply The Best and in May this year they were beaten 1-0 by Barcelona in the Super Cup.

The Mayoral Cup is bankrolled by the Nkomazi municipality to the tune of R200000. It is contested by teams from the Nkomazi local football association and SAB Castle regional league. It attracted 121 men's and 23 women's teams.

David Shongwe, Saints coach, said: "If they [All Blacks] managed to donate two trophies to other teams, while can't we go out on Saturday to get our gift from them."

All Stars and NV Gunners meet in the women's final at 1pm.
