Vuyiswa Mangcotywa thanked her lucky stars yesterday after being told that she was the lucky winner of Sowetan's R5000 prize money.
"I have been entering the competition since it started and could not understand why I didn't win," she said.
" I also entered with more than one copy of Sowetan."
An excited Mangcotywa, who lives in Diepsloot, said: "I am very happy. I am even sweating!
"I am going to go home to Transkei to spend the money on my family."
