As if that was not enough, before the ANC could recover from having lost seats in councils in Western Cape, the high court showed it that it does not own certain words, as the organisation wanted the world to believe.
That the court ruled that it has no claim to Congress of the People is an indication that democracy in South Africa is for everyone and not reserved for the organisation and its members only.
The ANC has to learn that everyone has a place in the sun in this country.
The organisation should rather concentrate on matters political and running the country because it is in charge for now.
It should forget about chasing shadows by threatening to appeal judgements that go against it. The ANC should learn and to accept that you win some and lose some.
