Moroka Swallows' steady climb up the league table will be put to the test when they host SuperSport United in an Absa Premiership game at Germiston Stadium on Sunday.

This will be the Birds' first game at this venue since May and they are determined to make a welcome return to their old home ground.

Enterprising midfielder Cecil Oersen, admitted that United are a difficult proposition.

"United's armoury includes crosses from their wings. They also believe in free kicks, particularly inside the box, so we're going to guard against that."

Oersen said Swallows' strength was in the midfield where he plays alongside Lefa Tsutsulupa and Mark Haskins. The Birds will be without David Radebe, who is suspended.

SuperSport's Mpho Kekana and Anthony Laffor are suspended, while Glen Salmon and Daine Klate are injured.
