Rural communities are being ignored

The government ignores people in rural areas.

Every year thousands of Grade 12s with good grades end up nowhere because their parents can't afford to send them to tertiary institutions. Can the officials, for once, leave their luxurious offices and go out there to find young and determined people from disadvantaged backgrounds and set up a programme to tap into the rural community.
