Jessie Mametsa is a mother who might be in pain but she is trying bravely to accept the mysterious death of her 19-year-old son as the will of God, she says.
Lebogang Mametsa and 18-year-old Lenah Shamase were found dead in a Diepkloof, Soweto, hair salon on Sunday morning under circumstances that have caused consternation among Zone 3 residents.
"It is strongly believed that something that went terribly wrong led to my son's death." Mametsa says.
She is aware that the community is angry with the salon owner, Lebo Mohale, and have accused him of somehow being responsible. But she has pleaded for restraint.
Lebogang was employed at the salon.
