Paul Anthony, head coach of the college and Bulls Under-19 squad, says the institution aims to develop young talent by equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary for the rugby industry, be it as player, coach, referee or administrator.
Students can choose between a one- or two-year full-time course which is accredited by the University of Pretoria.
