Siwelele, Bloemfontein Celtic's devotees, are dying for results and have asked coach Mich D'Avray to find a solution to the team's inept performance.

Lazzy Mogotsi, chairman of the side's national supporters' club, admitted to Sowetan that they were frustrated by the poor results so far this season.

But Mogotsi stressed that they will not push for D'Avray's dismissal as they still hope Phunya SeleSele will turn the corner.

This comes amidst speculation that supporters were so gatvol with the way Celtic have fared this season they had given D'Aray an ultimatum.

"Yes, we are not entirely happy with the results but we are not giving up hope," Mogotsi said.

"We will continue to meet as supporters to see how we can assist the team. As supporters, we have a say in this team in terms of making suggestions. But we will not dictate to the management what they should do at the team. We are happy they have signed Shaun Bartlett."

Siwelele proved their influence at the team when they recalled coach Khabo Zondo a few days after he was fired by the management last season.

Like team manager Khumbulani Konco, D'Avray dismissed claims that the supporters had set conditions for him.

But the former national Under-23 coach admitted: "Like any other coach I'm under pressure to get good results to move away from the relegation zone."

Draws with defending champions SuperSport United and Lamontville Golden Arrows show signs of improvement, after they registered their first win of the season against Santos.

But Celtic remain second from bottom on seven points from a possible 30.
