The Press Ombudsman's Panel has found that Sowetan was in breach of the SA Press Code in an article about SABC group executive, public commercial broadcasting service, Pearl Luthuli, on May 12 this year.

Sowetan apologises to Ms Luthuli for the offence and any inconvenience the report might have caused.
