NPA words show hatred for Zuma

Mokotedi Mpshe's utterances in City Press were not only biased but proved that the national prosecuting authority will do just about anything to purge Jacob Zuma.

Mokotedi Mpshe's utterances in City Press were not only biased but proved that the national prosecuting authority will do just about anything to purge Jacob Zuma.

By saying that the case was difficult because it was perceived to be political confirms that there is a political conspiracy against Zuma.

M aintaining his statement about Judge Chris Nicholson's judgment is tantamount to abuse of power.

Those who wanted to settle political scores used the Scorpions as a private police force.

And Mpshe says his boss' statements were misinterpreted and that the ANC should have approached the NPA.

Tladi Tladi forgets that the Scorpions were so eager to prosecute Zuma that they failed to consult him before charging him.

Mpshe must also remember that his boss did not consult the ANC before making derogatory statements in the City Press.

So why would he expect the ANC to approach the NPA? Perhaps because the NPA has a monopoly on the judiciary and can criticise judges in public? It is against this background that our democracy needs to be protected.

Mpshe is just too eager to prosecute Zuma. His statements show hatred and hostility towards him.
