The Limpopo legislature will make history when it appears before the Polokwane magistrate's court to assert its laws and constitution.
The legislature will present its argument against the manager of the Blouberg municipality, Ike Makhura, who faces charges of contempt of the legislature, failure to submit documents to a legislature committee and intimidation.
Speaking on behalf of the legislature Kenny Mathivha said Makhura had failed to appear before the standing committee on public participation and petition.
