One of the most powerful funeral parlours in Gauteng, Batho Batsho Ba kopane (B3), has forged a relationship with the South African Soccer Legends (SASL) and the two parties believe their partnership will last a long time.

Matthews "Gozo" Mogafe, B3 chairman, said the legends approached them for financial assistance in 2004 .

"We immediately jumped onto the band wagon and started to work together towards improving some of these legends' lives.

"We could see smiles on their faces and that makes us happy too."

Mogafe, who is a former general secretary of Pilkington United Brothers, said their relationship was going from strength to strength and he was looking at involving some of the legends in other businesses.
