The appeal case in the dispute between Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates over striker Siphelele Mthembu was postponed from last Sunday until the coming Sunday.

The appeal case in the dispute between Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates over striker Siphelele Mthembu was postponed from last Sunday until the coming Sunday.

This comes after Mthembu had written a letter to the South African Football Association in which he claimed that he was not party to the appeal filed by Chiefs and that he has decided to join Pirates.

The PSL Dispute Resolution Chamber had ruled that the former Maritzburg City player belonged to Pirates but Chiefs decided to appeal.

Amakhosi are challenging the letter Mthembu wrote and the Appeal Board has ordered the player to testify. - Meshack Motloung
