Milk processors are to appear before the Competition Tribunal on January 19 on charges of anti-competitive behaviour. This is after the Competition Appeal Court yesterday dismissed an application by five of the milk processors for leave to appeal a Competition Appeal Court ruling which dismissed a bid by Clover and Ladismith Cheese to have the price fixing charges against them withdrawn. - Tamlyn Stewart
