Johannesburg high court judge Naren Pandya says he will proceed with Mulalo Sivhidzho's murder trial whether she has a lawyer or not.
The matter was postponed until November 23 for Sivhidzho to pay her advocate or get a state lawyer .
"On the 24th we will proceed with the matter, whether you have a representative or not," Pandya said.
Sivhidzho is accused of conspiring with Ntambudzeni Matsenene and Arnold Sello to kill her husband, Avhatakali Netshisaulu, in 2006.
