In the penalty shootout Ricardo Katza, Isaacs and Elias Pelembe made no mistake, while Mashego and Tsietsi Mahoa failed to convert theirs.
Soul Mmethi, Moses Spandeel, Nhlapo and Fischer Kondowe netted to steer Celtic into the semifinals.
The semifinal draw will take place this morning.
