Lack of delivery or irregularities in the allocation of houses will always result in frustration, as shown by Eden Park residents at Ekurhuleni, who have hijacked newly-built RDP houses.

Residents claim that locals are always ignored and houses are allocated to people from outside the area.

This is unacceptable.

Irregularities in the allocation of RDP houses not only hinder the process of delivery but cause the public to lose confidence in the government's delivery programmes.
