The Independent Electoral Commission has ensured that voters in rural areas will have no difficulty accessing registration centres when they register for next year's elections.
The IEC urged South Africans "to come out in numbers" this weekend and register.
IEC spokesman Kate Bapela said yesterday that commissioners had met with chiefs and farm owners so that they can be involved in the whole registration processes.
