Sowetan's Parenting Corner is inundated by hundreds of loyal readers who want to join the campaign to inculcate a sense of cultural identity in their children.

In the highly Westernised world of Barbie and Bratz dolls, socialising the tots with traditional playthings can be a hard slog.

But young entrepreneur Molemo Kgomo overcame the dilemma by importing dark-coloured dolls and having them dressed in traditional attire.

Over the past few weeks, Sowetan gave away the dolls to readers.

The first was the Zulu doll and soon a lucky reader will receive a Ndebele cultural doll.

Simply SMS Ndebele Doll, followed by your name and identity number to 41834.

Each SMS is charged at R2. Winners will be contacted by telephone.
