Talkative TV presenter and actor Bongani Zindela spent a night in the Randburg police cells after being arrested in connection with a maintenance case.
Zindela is best known for his role as Mzwakhe on the SABC1 drama series Mzansi, and for co-presenting the talk show Shift.
He made a brief appearance in the Randburg magistrate's court yesterday.
It was alleged that he had defaulted on the maintenancepayments for some time.
He was released on warning after he told the court that he did not have money for bail.
He was told to appear in the Springs magistrate's court on November 20.
