The Fidentia group's former executive chairman, J Arthur Brown, has been released on R10000 bail after his rearrest on embezzlement charges concerning the Antheru Trust.

The Fidentia group's former executive chairman, J Arthur Brown, has been released on R10000 bail after his rearrest on embezzlement charges concerning the Antheru Trust.

Brown, 38, was also out on bail on charges of embezzlement involving Fidentia, the Transport, Education and Training Authority and the Fundi and Infinity investment cases.

Brown appeared in the Cape Town magistrate's court yesterday. - Sapa
