It is so because the whites continue to flourish on the basis that they possess the necessary skills and competency to do any job.
The level of poverty in the previously disadvantaged communities continues to be consolidated, whereas our white counterparts live First World lifestyles in a developing country.
They continue to be immune to various social ills afflicting our society.
These disparities can only be eliminated, not reformed, by decisive managers and people who hold positions of influence who are able to drive and dictate social change.
The actions of this council answer the national outcry by the previously disadvantaged that black economic empowerment has not yet had an impact on the economic emancipation of black people.
Experience or lack of it is always cited by senior managers as the reason why the black youth remain unemployed or outside any economic activity because they do not have the necessary skill to be contracted.
