International Olympic Committee chief Jacques Rogge last week rejected growing demands from the cricket community to include the popular game at the 2016 Summer Games.

But China, where the sport has no history, believes it will add a new dimension to the already massively popular Asian Games and help China understand a discipline that is huge in South Asia. - Sapa-AFP
