Identify culprits

We would hate to be alarmist. But there are times when being silent or indifferent is a far worse crime than what some might call blowing things out of proportion.

One of these times is when government, as the eThekwini municipality has, acknowledges that there are cancer-causing chemicals in the water used by more than three million people but that nobody should get excited about that.

Those who are guilty - either because of negligence or malice - should be identified and have the book thrown at them.
