PAC president Letlapa Mphahlele must prove that he is still a trustworthy leader by restoring the glory of the organisation.

PAC president Letlapa Mphahlele must prove that he is still a trustworthy leader by restoring the glory of the organisation.

Mphahlele's lack of direction can be viewed as a systematic move to erase the PAC from history. At the height of the struggle he was regarded as a hero and visionary. It is sad that he has been reduced to a manservant.

If the PAC is to become a formidable organisation again Mphahlele should stop focussing on sponsors and implement a programme of action in line with the organisation's policies. Or people will continue referring to him as a dead man walking.
