Nadeco aims to win big

The National Democratic Convention (Nadeco) says it is working towards ensuring that both the ANC and the IFP find it difficult to win next year's elections in KwaZulu-Natal and other parts of the country.

The National Democratic Convention (Nadeco) says it is working towards ensuring that both the ANC and the IFP find it difficult to win next year's elections in KwaZulu-Natal and other parts of the country.

The party has vowed to make inroads into the parties' support bases to make sure it either holds the balance of power or wins outright majority at the polls.

In an interview yesterday after the party unveiled its registration campaign in Durban, Nadeco leader Hawu Mbatha said the party had grown, especially among Christians.

As part of its campaign the party has distributed registration posters countrywide.

Meanwhile, Gauteng Nadeco spokesman Siphiwe Gamede has lashed out at the ANC for making Khutsong a political football to win votes. - Eric Naki
