What Mosiuoa Lekota has been doing recently is very divisive. But, then, he has a reputation as a factionalist, arrogant, ill-disciplined and divisive character.

He knows he cannot be prevented from raising issues in the ANC but is so paranoid that he thinks his views will be stifled because he is renowned for doing exactly that.

There are many examples, including the humiliation of Nelson Mandela, his grandstanding at Polokwane and his divisive tenure as Free State premier.

Frankly, the ANC will be better off without the likes of Lekota. The party will go back to what it is known for. There will be unity.

The tyranny and sycophancy he created as chairman will be dead and buried.

During his press conference he was incoherent and all over the place. History will judge him harshly.

After Polokwane I said Lekota and Mluleki George should be disciplined for brining the ANC into disrepute and publicly insulting the leaders.

The leadership should have expelled these two rogue politicians. The ANC is bigger than Lekota, who is power hungry and knows he cannot cling to the power that has catapulted him into becoming a rich politician.

He will feel the might of the ANC at the polls. We will vote overwhelmingly and give the ANC the majority.
