Convicted fraudster Tony Yengeni will breathe a little easier tonight, after an R840 000 claim against him by the liquidators of Brett Kebble's estate was suspended indefinitely in the Cape high court yesterday.
Kebble, who died in a shooting in September 2005 in Johannesburg, allegedly paid Yengeni R60 000 per month since 2003.
The money was allegedly paid to Yengeni, pictured, through one of Kebble's companies, Tuscan Mood.
Yengeni was sentenced to four years on charges of fraud and corruption relating to the multi-billion rand arms deal in 2003.
His correctional supervision ended 10 days ago.
