Football in Swaziland has moved up a gear since the arrival of Ephraim "Shakes" Mashaba as national head coach of Isihlangu.
Mashaba has brought a buzz to the tiny kingdom that has pepped up the local Premier League as players give their all in order to impress the new mentor.
The result is a better and more competitive league which is sure to bring the spectators back to the stadiums.
Just last weekend football fans witnessed a derby not to be forgotten when Mbabane Swallows locked horns with Mbabane Highlanders in a no-holds-barred league encounter.
The Birds won that one 2-1.
This is one of the games that will feature among the highlights of the African Soccer Television show that airs on SABC1 Sport's Laduma programme on Sundays.
