"Azayo would like to hail the decision to rename the Pretoria Academic Hospital after our founding father Steve Biko," it said in a statement yesterday.
But Azayo said it hoped the government would recognise "other martyrs such as Abu Bakar Asvat and Onkgopotse Tiro".
It also called on the Eastern Cape government to quickly process public hearings for the renaming of King William's Town after Steve Biko. - Sapa
