Soccer star Benedict "Tso" Vilakazi seems to have a passion for sex with underage girls.
Sowetan can exclusively reveal that the Mamelodi Sundowns player fathered a child with a 15-year-old girl when he was on trial for the statutory rape of another minor.
Vilakazi has played for Bafana Bafana and was a revered midfield player for Orlando Pirates before going overseas to play for Danish club Aalborg BK.
He was arrested in February 2005 and charged with the statutory rape of a minor from Rosettenville, Johannesburg.
It has now emerged he was having sex with another 15-year-old from Riverlea, Johannesburg, at about the same time.
The footballer has secretly been paying R1500 a month in maintenance since the girl gave birth to their child.
Vilakazi was acquitted of the charge in 2005 after convincing the court that they had an affair and she had told him she was 17 years old.
It has also emerged that he has skipped paying maintenance since February.
We can reveal that senior magistrate Daniel Thulare of the Johannesburg family court issued three emolument orders in a bid to recover about R13000 from Vilakazi.
Yesterday a court official was dispatched to deliver the order at Mamelodi Sundowns headquarters in Chloorkop. The first order was made in April to garnish R3843,10 from Vilakazi's Absa Flexi account.
When the order returned unpaid, Thulare issued another order for Vilakazi's BMW 3 Series to be attached.
Vilakazi failed to make the car available, forcing the magistrate to issue the latest garnishee order that was delivered at Vilakazi's club yesterday.
A source said the toddler was the spitting image of the dribbling wizard.
Contacted for comment yesterday Vilakazi, who made headlines when he was accused of raping the niece of a close friend, said: "No comment."
