Guitarists from around the Vaal are invited to come and fine tune their strumming skills at the Strings and Business workshops to be held on Saturday at the Vereeniging Civic Centre as part of the Vaal Jazz by the River programme.
The workshops are geared to those who already play the guitar and have a basic knowledge of music. They must bring their own guitars and amps.
Seasoned bass guitarist and music teacher Concorde Nkabinde and guitarist and consummate performer Kunle Ayo will take them through their paces.
And that is not all! Various topics, such as the art of guitar playing and the ins and outs of the music business will be covered.
