Kaizer Chiefs rightback, Tlou Molekwane is certain that Amajita will deliver on their promise to qualify for the 2009 World Youth Championships in Egypt.

Amajita and Amabinneplaas are the only South African hopefuls after Bafana Bafana and others failed to qualify for their major continental competitions.

The South African Under-20s resume their quest to qualify for the African Youth Championships with a game against Botswana in Gaborone on Saturday.

Ironically, Serame Letsoaka is the coach of both Amabinnesplaas - who are the reigning Cosafa Senior Challenge kings - and Amajita.

The last time South Africa featured in the World Youth Championships was in 1996 under Shakes Mashaba.

This was when they won a silver medal at the African Youth Championships, losing 0-1 to the hosts Morocco in the final.

Besides the Seshego-born Molekwane, other Majimbos graduates include Ramahlwe Mphahlele, Thulani Hlatshwayo, Masibusane Zongo and Daylon Claasen.

Amajita start their preparations for the Gaboropne game today.

The Botswana-bound team is: Boalefa Pule (North West Academy), Thela Ngobeni (Kaizer Chiefs), Tlou Molekwane (Chiefs), Ramahlwe Mphahlele (Moroka Swallows), Thulani Hlatshwayo (Ajax Cape Town), Choppa Mboweni (Wits), Sibusiso Mxoyana (Benoni Premier FC), Blessing Makhathini (Thanda Royal Zulu), Daylon Kayton Claasen (Ajax), Collen Zulu (Supersport United), Mbongeni Dhlamini (Wits), Thato Ferland (Swallows), Mandla Masango (Chiefs), Thulani Serero (Ajax), Mduduzi Nyanda (Orlando Pirates), Philane Khwela (SS), Kamohelo Mokotjo (SS United), Thulani Ngcepe (Swallows), Michael Morton (Pirates), Sameehg Doutie (Ajax), Masibusane Zongo (SS United) and Nkane Zwane (Carara Kicks).
