I congratulate Judge Chris Nicholson for his impartiality and bravery in correctly ruling in favour of the victimised Jacob Zuma.

I congratulate Judge Chris Nicholson for his impartiality and bravery in correctly ruling in favour of the victimised Jacob Zuma.

He did not allow his mind to be clouded by the smear campaign that wanted to deceive the masses about Msholozi's image.

It started when Bulelani Ngcuka held a meeting with editors to lay the foundation for a trial by media with a view to painting Zuma negatively in the eyes of the public.

I also want to take my hat off to Zuma for fighting this injustice and treatment that was even worse than apartheid.

I am motivated by him to fight unfair treatment and abuse of power by many people in positions of authority.

President Thabo Mbeki had legitimate powers to fire Zuma but that power was misused. It's time Mbeki and his cabinet vacated office and allowed elections to be held .

Mbeki should pack the Scorpions in his bag since they were used as hitmen to eliminate anyone who stood in his way. Let the police be more empowered to deal with serious crime.

Lastly, Mbeki should be charged for interfering with and misusing the Scorpions for personal gain and for breaching the Constitution.

A commission should be established to deal with the arms deal.
