Fabulous kwaito singer Chomee and her boss Arthur Mafokate are on the verge of splitting up, which could leave 999 Music in disarray.

Mafokate blasted Chomee, who is envied for her fine body, for yanking out her breast and slotting it into the mouth of a crazed fan during a performance at the Bassline in Johannesburg.

The sexy musician was on stage when a spellbound male fan emerged from the crowd and started dancing with Chomee.

Before long the wild and mesmerised man was sucking Chomee's breast.

According to a source close to 999 Music this irked Mafokate, who exploded with rage and gave his protege a tongue-lashing backstage.

"Arthur went mad because he felt the whole thing was indecent," the insider said.

But Chomee did not take kindly to being reprimanded in front of other people. She fought back and threw a tantrum.

This led to a bust-up between the two, with Mafokate said to be dreading losing his cash cow.

The unrepentant Chomee said yesterday: "It was done in all innocence. Under the same circumstances I would do it again. It can't go beyond that."

She said she was ready to go it alone if Mafokate remains stubborn.

"I have a group under my wing and my latest album is doing well," she said.

When contacted Mafokate said: "Yes I had a problem with it. I realised too late that I read too much into it.

"I have a duty to protect the brand because it must remain respectable at all times. We don't want a Janet Jackson kind of scandal."

Nipplegate, as the Jackson boob incident became known, happened when she danced with Justin Timberlake.
