If I wasn't sure before, I am definitely sure now that the government does not have our best interests at heart when it comes to HIV-Aids.

There they are putting out statements the rate of HIV infections has gone down, and that there is less mother-to-child transmission, but every weekend there are still hundreds of funerals, and every weekSowetan has four pages of burial notices and pictures of the deceased, and two thirds of those people in those columns are too young to die.

It is not helpful for the government to massage statistics. It'd instead be better to promote a know-your-status campaign.
