The latest figures supplied by the Nielsen Netratings show we have grown a whopping 76,5 percent (to more than 150000 individual readers) compared with the same time last year, and a staggering 115,8 percent (to 3,8 million) for page impressions.
Sowetan Online is the biggest, and indeed the only major, black news website in the country. It is ranked by Nielsens as one of the 10 fastest growing websites in the country. The website is entertaining, with a strong human interest ethos.
